Meditation Practices for People New to Sakya Monastery
- Calm Abiding Meditation – held on most Fridays at 7:00 pm
- Loving-kindness and Compassion Practice, Chenrezi – held most Sundays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 7:30 pm
- Bestowal of Many Blessings, Green Tara – held monthly on the evening of the full moon
- Food Offering Practice, Padmasambhava Tsok Kor – held monthly on the tenth evening of the Lunar calendar
