In Buddhism, it is essential and very beneficial to give daily offerings to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. There are eight kinds of offerings we can give, such as offering bowls of water on our shrine, flowers, and tormas. There are many forms of offerings involving the body, speech, and mind. Anything that you think is nice and beautiful you can offer. In this teaching, Lama Migmar will be covering different kinds of offerings as well as giving an in-depth teaching on torma offerings. The following Saturday, he will be giving a special workshop on making tormas.
