In the Tibetan view, awakening is not something we see with our minds, but rather is an experience discovered in the body. For citizens of the modern world, this understanding of the spiritual journey has profound implications. It calls us out of the disconnection that often marks our lives, and challenges us to rediscover spirituality as a fully embodied process. These two classes will cover meditation techniques that will enhance participant’s awakening process.
