This course will teach the foundational concepts and practices of Hinayana and Mahayana Buddhism to motivated beginning and intermediate practitioners. This nine session series is designed to ground students in the core principles and theory underlying Hinayana and Mahayana Buddhist practices and which are the basis of Vajrayana Buddhism.
Note: There will be no class Wednesday, May 8th. Classes will resume the following week.
