Although we are currently unable to hold in-person practices due to the coronavirus precautions, Sakya Monastery is able to livestream our regular Sunday Chenrezi meditation practice for all who wish to participate remotely.
English chanting will be led by H.H. Jigdal Dagchen Dorje Changs’s son, H.E. Sadu Vajra Sakya Rinpoche. Tibetan chanting will be led by Khenpo Jampa Rinpoche and Sakya Monastery lamas.
The PDF document compiles the prayers recited during our usual Chenrezi practice with the addition of Thangtong Gyalpo’s “The Verses that Saved Sakya from Sickness: A Prayer for Pacifying the Fear of Disease.” These texts can be used by anyone, without prerequisite, to help support their practice. Feel free to use, print, and share this document so that all can benefit.
