10:00am Chenrezi, with the Aspiration of Samantabhadra (Livestream and In-Person)
September 17 @ 10:00 am - 11:15 am PDT
Chenrezi is the Bodhisattva or Deity of loving kindness and compassion. The Chenrezi service and meditation is the central spiritual practice at Sakya Monastery. It is very easy to practice and enables you to develop loving kindness and compassion in your life. During the Sunday service, we do the following practices: A Praise of the Twelve Exemplary Deeds of Lord Buddha; the Heart Sutra, and the Chenrezi practice itself where we meditate on the body, speech and mind of Chenrezi.
