This is a practice intensive for the awakening mind of the Bodhisattva.
We will spend a year together as a practice group reading classic mind training (Lojong) texts and using the teachings to develop or enhance our personal practice. The focus of our study will be “The Root Text of the Seven Points for Training the Mind.” We will read this and other texts and commentaries written between the 11th and 15th centuries. This course is based on a class developed by Geshe Jamyang Tsultrim.
