In this book study class we will utilize The Four Immeasurables, Practices to Open the Heart, by B. Allan Wallace. The Four Immeasurables are sometimes called the foundation of the Mahayana path of Bodhicitta. Each session will include a presentation of part of the book, a short practice, and allow time for group discussion.
