Life is impermanent – we will all die. When you die, what happens? How can you prepare for the moment of death and the space between dying and rebirth?
Tibetan Buddhism is very specific about what happens after you die and what you should do before, during, and after your death. This two-part class will explain the six Bardos and what you can do in each Bardo to maximize changes of attaining enlightenment and a favorable rebirth. This class will help Sakya Monastery members understand the importance of the spiritual practices taught by H.H. Jigdal Dagchen Dorje Chang Sakya and their benefits when we enter the bardos of death.
