Following the release of “Parting from the Four Forms of Clinging”, an accessible and practical guide to mind-training in the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism by our Head Lama, H.E. Khöndung Avikrita Vajra Rinpoche, Sakya Monastery is facilitating group study and practice of these important teachings for awakening wisdom and compassion. In six consecutive sessions, we will recite prayers and reflections from the book followed by meditation together on the key-points outlined by Rinpoche. All are welcome to join – just get your copy of the book from the Monastery and sign up!
